3.2 WowPK does not operate as a gambling business, does not accept player deposits or withdrawals, and does not hold gambling licences in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. 9.3 By using the WowPK platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan as described in this section.

11.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to user rights and freedoms, WowPK will notify affected users and, where required, the relevant supervisory authority, within the timeframes required by applicable data protection law.
Never share your CNIC, passport details, bank credentials or gambling account login details with anyone via unverified channels. WowPK staff will never ask for your passwords or financial credentials. If you receive such a request claiming to be from WowPK, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected].
12.1 Subject to applicable data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to personal data held about you by WowPK. WowPK will respond to all valid requests within a reasonable period and, in any event, within one month of receipt unless an extension is required and notified to you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of applicable data protection law. 13.1 The WowPK platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. WowPK does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
13.2 If WowPK becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a user who is below the applicable minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems. 13.3 Being 18 years of age does not make gambling activity lawful in all circumstances. Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, imposes restrictions on gambling activity. Users must independently verify the lawfulness of gambling in their jurisdiction.
14.1 WowPK's platform may contain references to third-party gambling operators or services. WowPK has no control over the data practices of such third parties. Any personal data you provide to a third-party operator — including account registration data, financial information, KYC documents — is processed by that operator under its own privacy policy, which you should review before proceeding.
14.2 WowPK is not responsible for the privacy practices, data security, or content of third-party operators or services referenced on the platform.
14.3 WowPK may engage analytics or performance service providers (such as web hosting or CDN providers) that, in the course of providing their services, may process certain technical data on WowPK's behalf. All such providers are subject to contractual data processing obligations consistent with this Policy.
