3.4 These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede any prior terms or agreements relating to the WowPK Platform.

5.1 WowPK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WowPK is registered and operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.1 WowPK reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly whenever material changes are made.
15.2 For significant changes, WowPK will endeavour to provide prominent notice through the Platform. However, it is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
16.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.2 WowPK's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
16.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WowPK with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter.
